Membership Availability

Full Membership and Off-Campus Membership are currently at capacity and are no longer accepting new applications. At this time, membership requests are limited to Social Membership only.

This form is for NEW MEMBERS. If you are a current BSE member, simply log into the member website, click on your balance due in the top menu bar and pay your renewal invoice. Then update your Family Profile.

Please make sure you have reviewed all of the following information before requesting membership.

2. You agree to pay all fees associated with membership, security and/or tuition on time. This includes but is not limited to any additional fees for events/activities you may choose to participate in.

By submitting this registration I affirm that I have read and understood the Statement of Faith, the 2025-2026 Handbook, and the Indemeditification and Hold Harmless Agreement and agree to uphold them. I agree to hold harmless all parties connected with the operation of BSE, including those serving in group leadership, field trip coordinators or leaders, as well as any location of facilities used for meetings or activities, from any claim of/for injury or loss which might result from participation by any of my family members and/or myself.

Payment Instructions

Please choose the payment option that works best for your family. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. This annual family membership payment is for the 2026/27 academic year and will expire on May 30, 2027.

ENROLLING AFTER JULY 1st: $50 will be added to the Enrollment/Registration fee as well as $10 per class will be added to the tuition fee. This is an out-of-pocket expense. Scholarship funds cannot be applied towards this fee and must be paid before attending classes or any BSE activity. **This is ONLY for members that are enrolling in classes**
